Victoria & Butchart Gardens Christmas Tour from Vancouver
View spectacular British Columbia coastline by land and ship as this tour makes its way to Vancouver Island to visit the quaint city of Victoria and magical Butchart Gardens.
It's a short ride from Vancouver before boarding a ferry for a 90-minute sail through the scenic beauty of the Gulf Islands. Get some fresh air and watch out for marine wildlife from the outdoor deck. Just be sure to bundle up first! Upon arrival at Swartz Bay, you'll continue through the countryside to Victoria, the provincial capital of British Columbia. There you will be given a short introduction to the area and then you'll have free time to explore Government Street and Chinatown. See the Victoria Parliament Building and Fairmont Empress Hotel, both impeccably dressed for the season.
But the highlight of this tour is to come as you visit the enchanting botanical paradise of Butchart Gardens during its Magic of Christmas. Wander through the themed gardens to view and experience Christmas lights, holiday wreaths, carolers, ice skating and more. Finally, it's back to Swartz Bay for the journey back to Vancouver by bus and ferry.

Please Note: Departure time shown is actual tour start time. There are two locations to meet the tour - 9:05 am at Sandman Hotel and 9:20 am at the Canada Place Way Welcome Kiosk.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates
For a safe way to travel limiting exposure and offering vigilant cleaning and sanitation measures, the following procedures are currently in place and will be enforced for the safety of drivers and guests:
- Available seating onboard will be slightly reduced – the seats behind the driver will not be available – all guests will remain in the same seat for the duration of the tour.
- Drivers/Bus Attendant will ask guests multiple questions that include if they have flu-like symptoms. If yes answered to any questions, they will be asked to ride the tour another day.
- Guests are required to wear a mask on-board; guests will be provided a mask if they do not have their own.
- Tours continue to follow the stringent cleaning and sanitation protocols in place and provide ample access to hand sanitizer on-board – cleaning will occur throughout the tour.
- Offer credit card payment only, to reduce contact points.
